This course, created by a sport psychologist who has worked with Lancashire C.C. and in the Premier League, uses the 4 Pillars to help cricketers prepare properly, stay switched on between key moments, and reset fast after the mistakes the game inevitably throws at you.

Introducing the course creator

Lee Richardson is a former professional soccer player, coach & manager who has worked in the County Championship for over a decade as a Sport Psychologist working with Lancashire C.C. as well as the Premier League.

Drawing on this experience Lee has created the AIM-FOR Cricket Mindset course to provide you with the tools to maximize your potential and improve your game.
